My name is Richard Carvalho, and I come to this forum with a background in Fire Suppression and Prescribed Fire. For the past 30 years, I've been actively engaged in wildfire suppression, teaching and most recently prescribed fire. Whether it's practitioner training, prescribed burn planning, or implementation, I'm always eager to learn, share, and grow alongside like-minded individuals.

In my free time, you can usually find me driving from one burn to the next. I believe in the power of community and the collective wisdom we can all contribute. I'm excited to exchange ideas, insights, and experiences with all of you and learn from the diverse perspectives that make this forum so special.
