My name is Maia Kaje, I currently live in Berkeley, CA but I'm from Seattle, WA. I'm taking this course because I've been studying forestry at UC Berkeley and want to learn more about doing prescribed fire and potentially get a job that works with prescribed fire. I have been on one broadcast burn last summer. A fun fact about me is that I'm learning to speak Finnish.

My name is Scott
I am currently living in Plumas, CO. and working for the USFS.
I am taking this course to learn more about fire so I can assist with prescribed fires on our public lands.
I have been on several prescribed fires for local municipalities in their parks.
I am from Michigan and I am new to CA and the Northern Sierra Region.
